I recently stayed at this hotel for 5 days with a group of scholars. Unfortunately, upon our departure, I discovered that two pairs of my designer shoes (Fendi and Dolce & Gabbana) were missing. Despite my insistence that I left them in the room, the hotel staff swore that I did not. Additionally, one of my colleagues had money stolen during our stay, which still hasn't been returned.
After spending thousands of dollars at this hotel, I strongly recommend future guests to be extremely vigilant with their belongings. The management has denied any responsibility, but it's evident there's a serious issue. For a more secure experience, please consider staying elsewhere.

Great coffee, peaceful gardens
5.0/5.0
Lively garden and a great pool.
You can swim lengths in the pool and there is a small gym with everything you need. The staff are very welcoming and there is a fantastic barrista with an artistic flare. The hotel is an 15 min drive to the university, and not too far from town. Good restaurants nearby too.

Excellent Reception showed us.
5.0/5.0
My family and l made a trip to Ghana and decided to stay at Fiesta Royale hotel in Accra which was not far from the main airport about 7minutes to 10minutes drive from the Accra airport.
We stayed from the 12th of August and checked out the 14th of August. On arriving at the reception desk the receptionist Antoinette welcomed us warmly with a smile ;and after checking my details offered us the keys and Wi-Fi code to the room. She passed us on the Guest relation manageress Rita who showed us the facilities of the hotel and showed us how the electric gadgets works in the room for which we are grateful to her.
The next morning we have breakfast which was a combination of Continental and African dishes so one has a choice to make. Our waitress Leticia and Gloria were very friendly and always beaming with smiles.
Also the breakfast chef was very pleasant he prepared a nice omelette for me; and gosh the chalets were very spacious we we REALLY had a good sleep at night ;and enjoyed the pool with my daughter.
Lastly, but not the lest one staff who also made our stay enjoyable was Cassandra (Cass) for short. Anytime l called about an issue in the room she promptly called in the maintenance personnel to response and thank for that.
Lastly l have worked in the hospitality industry for over two decades close to three decades so l know good hospitality when one is offered as l have worked in UK, AMERICA(New Hampshire) and Africa . Once again thanks for having us in your hotel we will be back again.

Great place to stay in Accra
5.0/5.0
is was our first trip to Ghana and the Fiesta Royale was one of the hotels recommended by the conference I was attending. THIS HOTEL IS SPECTACULAR! The lobby is open and inviting. The desk agents are excellent and will be very helpful with any questions! The ROOM was fantastic. It was VERY clean, there is an electric pot to boil water, a hair dryer and several universal outlets (so if you are coming from the U.S. you do not need to worry about purchasing a converter. At least one bedside stand has a universal plug and there is one in the bathroom. The shower was great (great water pressure and hot water). Cleaning staff was also very helpful.
If you are a nervous traveler (and I am!!!!!) this is really a great place for you. Everything is VERY CLEAN. Bottled water is provided in the room daily.
I did not eat breakfast but my husband had breakfast every day of our stay and enjoyed fresh made to order omelets, pastry, hot tea, juices, and other standard breakfast items. We were cautious about eating fresh fruit and vegetables, but they were in abundance! We did eat dinner at the hotel most nights. You can order off the menu but we always ordered the buffet. There were many options -a combination so Western foods and traditional Ghanaian foods. The meals were delicious. We enjoyed the servers also who regularly circulated to clear plates and ask for drink orders. (You can order a large bottled water which is enough for four people. Since there was only two of us, we took the remainder to our room for later use.
I honestly have no complaints at all about this property. The grounds are really lovely, it has a nice pool (that is rarely busy), the hotel is close to the airport and easily accessible to other downtown locations (with a driver).
We would love to return to Ghana and we would look forward to staying at Fiesta Royale!

Probably my best choice in Accra
5.0/5.0
Probably the best place I have stayed at in Accra. The staff are very patient and always ready to provide service. The rooms are clean and spacious. The beds are super comfy. I like that the restaurant has an option for outdoor sitting with a good variety of food and drinks.

Great facility - poor customer service
3.0/5.0
My honest opinion - I am thankful to have stayed here and experienced the fabulous amenities at the hotel. I am ever appreciative of hotels that make sure that rooms and amenities are clean. Fiesta Royale is fantastic- clean, spacious and just beautiful in a very simple way. My challenge to the hotel managemenent - please, sensitize your staff, whether I sell tomatoes in the street, or I am a sex worker, or a Doctor, or President of a country- I deserve respect as a customer in the hotel. I don't need your staff hitting on me or talking to me like I lost a battle trying to shame me. I earn an honest living and I am a foreigner- even though I look local. Your men on campus need some work - Gagbana, George, and Owusu et al....talk to them and take them for sensitzation or something. Otherwise a great place- I would give a 5 star, but you have MAJOR WORK TO DO ON YOUR MEN ON CAMPUS!

Great garden area and pool... with its own orca whale!
4.0/5.0
Really great hotel, quiet and friendly staff with a lovely garden and pool. The gym wasn't operational, but the staff reassured me that new equipment was on order and it would be open soon. I asked about recycling of the many plastic water bottles used, and had a speedy and personalised reply from the staff reassuring me that they recycle all the bottles and are considering solar panels... great to hear!
