1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings must be made through our official TravelAfric.com listing.
A confirmation email with tour details will be sent upon successful booking.
Last-minute bookings (less than 24 hours before the tour) are subject to availability and should be confirmed before payment.

2. Cancellation & Refunds
100% refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour.
50% refund for cancellations made between 12–24 hours before the tour.
No refund for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the tour or for no-shows.
In cases of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, customers can choose between a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost.

3. Changes & Rescheduling
Customers can reschedule for free up to 24 hours before the tour, subject to availability.
Any changes within 24 hours of the tour may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

4. Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Customers must arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before d
