Early Morning Pickup You’ll be picked up from your hotel in Stone Town or surrounding areas early in the morning to catch the dolphins during their most active hours. The journey to Kizimkazi Village on the southern coast of Zanzibar takes about an hour, offering beautiful coastal views along the way.

Arrival at Kizimkazi Village Upon arrival, you’ll meet your guide for a quick briefing on dolphin behavior, interaction etiquette, and safety guidelines. This village is known for its dolphin populations, which include bottlenose and humpback dolphins.

Boarding the Boat After the briefing, you’ll be equipped with life jackets and any necessary snorkeling gear before boarding a small boat that will take you out into the dolphin habitats just off the coast.

Dolphin Spotting and Watching As you head out into the Indian Ocean, your guide will help spot dolphin pods, a common sight in this area. With luck, dolphins will swim close to the boat, allowing for incredible views and perhaps a glimpse of their playful behavior.
